Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to the product being shipped or produced. In the event that your order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to process order cancellations once the product has already been shipped out for delivery.

Returns


We welcome product returns in accordance with our stated policy. Customers hold the right to apply for a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it, and it must also be enclosed in its original packaging. To complete your return process smoothly, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers will be charged for shipping costs at most once (this includes shipping fees for returns); no restocking fees will be imposed on consumers for returning a product.

Refunds


Once your returned item is received and carefully inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the return. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, the corresponding amount will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first double-checking your bank account statement again. Next, please contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to be officially posted to your account. Subsequently, you may also contact your bank, as there is often a certain processing period before a refund is fully reflected.
